  • — Cover security deposit, first month's rent, or move-in costs

Refunds & payment handling.

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles billing, tax, invoicing, and refunds. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason by visiting paddle.net or emailing support@avgapply.com. If a third-party screening report has already been ordered on your behalf, the actual pass-through cost of that report may be deducted from the refund, as permitted by applicable law.
